What you are buying. Two things, both printed to order. A shirt — a Bella+Canvas 3001, 100% ringspun cotton, unisex fit, in one of five colours, quote on the front and the plea on the back — for $32, shipped. A mug — 11oz white ceramic, the quote and a red slab — for $22, shipped. Nothing is printed until you order it, so there is no stock and nothing sitting in a box somewhere.
Shipping. Printed and posted by our print partner, usually within a week. You get a tracking number when it leaves them.
If it goes wrong. Damaged, wrong size, wrong thing, or it never turns up — tell us and we replace it. No form, no ticket number, no photograph of the packaging. Write to mark@beargrassai.com and a person reads it.
Because everything is printed for you specifically, we cannot take a return simply because you changed your mind. If something is genuinely wrong with it, that is on us.
What happens to what you submit. You give us permission to publish it here and to print it, and you keep whatever rights you had in it. Do not submit anything that names a private person, anything confidential, or anything that is not yours to hand over. Nine in ten submissions are declined and nothing is kept from a decline.
If something is here that should not be — yours, your company's, or about you — write to us and it comes down. We do not argue about takedowns.
The incidents on this site are real and reported. Every one links to the outlet that covered it, and we quote what was reported rather than inventing quotes. If we have got something wrong, tell us and we will correct or remove it.
